Very nice!This was a very sweet historical romance with some angst on the side.
The lord with a severe stammer falls in love with the whore he meets at a party. Wes and Michael were incredibly sweet together. Both scarred and traumatized and so perfect for each other.
But I really hated Rodger. I wanted him to die a slow and painful death. I know he’s one of the good guys, but I still hated how he made Michael doubt himself all the time.
There were some plot holes, but if you ignore this, everything will be fine.
