Adrian's Forgotten Mate - Marcy Jacks 2.5 stars

Looks like I won’t be reading the rest. This was worse than the first book.

The story itself was once again quite good, but there still wasn’t a lot of emotion in the writing. There was so much potential, but I just didn’t feel it.


What appeals to me in these badly written stories about shifters and mpreg is that the emotion is often over the top. Everyone is either suffering or happy happy happy. And I like that. It’s so extreme that I find myself laughing all the time.

That’s why this series is not good bad, just bad. The story lines are not even that terrible, just the writing.
